We’ve combined the craft knowledge of a chef and a bowl turner, to bring you a unique dining experience full of connections.

Rachel (Greenhouse Plant-based Dining) will make you a delicious vegan three-course feast which has been designed around the wooden bowl it’ll be served in, and which you’ll take home.

Geoff (Tree to Treen) will have made the beautiful bowls for each guest on his pole-lathe in his gorgeous timber-framed workshop, which will have been transformed into a restaurant space for the night. Geoff will also give a demonstration of bowl-turning in-between the main and dessert courses.

The menu is created with food sustainability in mind, using locally grown organic ingredients and wherever possible sourced from the farmland surrounding the workshop/restaurant which is farmed by Sims Hill Farm, a Community-Supported-Agriculture (CSA) venture. The bowls are made from a storm-felled silver maple from Tortworth Arboretum.
