Description

The fourth in a series of cauldrons incorporating stop-turned handles and a steambent handle with re-enforced lugs to enable it to be load-bearing (Unlike Cauldron #3 which is too weak at this joint). I envisage this as a serving dish to hang on the wall when not in use and then to bring food to the table.

Made from cherry with a wiped natural urushi lacquer finish. Lugs and handle are made from willow.
